Mean Girls: 8th grade music students going on the Mean Girls field trip on Friday, head to the choir room immediately following announcements.
Science Olympiad: Menomonie Middle School had a strong showing at the state tournament this last weekend. We took 2nd place overall in the large school division, and 4th overall. Individual medals were earned in the Large School Division by the following:

Girls Soccer: There will be a girl’s soccer meeting after school today in Mr. Nolte’s room. The meeting will last until 3:45pm.
MMS Dance: Student Council is hosting a “Pink Out” themed dance on Thursday, April 17th from 3:15 – 5:00. The cost is $5. Concessions will be available for purchase. There will be a photo booth available. The cost is $1 per group per session. You do not need to dress the theme to attend. This dance is for Middle School students only!
Forward Exam Testing: Forward Exam Testing continues this week. Here are a few simple things students can do to prepare:
- Make sure you bring your chromebook and it’s fully charged
- Make sure you are in school and on time
- Get lots of rest and eat a healthy breakfast
- Bring earbuds – on appropriate testing days
Parents: You can help too!
- Make sure your student is to school and on time
- Try not to make appointments on testing days
- If you do have to pick up your student during the day, send a note the day of so we can give them a pass.We can not call in or interrupt classes during testing.
