Menomonie Middle School Announcements 

Morning Workouts:  Morning Workouts will start next Monday!  Anyone interested in getting faster & stronger is welcome to attend 6:30am – 7:15am, Mondays and Fridays.  Not Tuesdays like last year.  We will meet in the gym.  See Mr. Bielmeier if you have any questions.  No sign up is necessary.

Girls Tennis:  There will be a girls tennis meeting after school tomorrow in room 818 (white side science) until 3:40pm.

SAM Bags: If you would like SAM bags this year, please stop in the office and pick up a permission form.  You must turn in a form in order to receive bags.  If you received them last year, you do need to fill out a form again this year.  Please see Ms. Potter in the office if you have any questions.

Cross Country: Practice starts TODAY.  Join us in the cafeteria with PE/running clothes and shoes.  See or email Ms. Zuber with questions or for the sign-up form.

Fall Drama:  Don’t miss your opportunity to audition for the MMS Fall Play, Waking Sleepy Hollow!  Performances are at the Mabel Tainter on October 24th and 25th, and auditions are next week Monday and Tuesday!  Please go to the MMS Drama website to register for your audition.  Any questions, see Mrs. Enyeart, Mr. Dolan, Ms. Lausted, or Mrs. Grubbe.

Boys Soccer:  There will be a soccer meeting after school today until 3:45pm in the green pod.  If you have any questions, ask Mr. Nolte.

School Store:  The School Store will be open starting Tuesday, September 9th after school until 3:10pm.    Stop by to purchase your after school snacks!

Student Council:  Join Student Council!  Student Council is a leadership group that plans student and staff activities as well as community service activities.  We meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 7:30am – 8:09am (during Homeroom) in the library.

Application forms are available in the office.  There is no voting process.  Simply fill out the form and get it signed by an adult at home.

Forms are due to Ms. Yonash or Mrs. Williams by Friday, Sept. 26th.  The first Student Council meeting is Tuesday, September 9th.
