Attendance Calls Error Yesterday: As a reminder, If you received a call that your student was absent from Menomonie Middle School yesterday, please disregard. There was a technical error and it sent out automatic absent calls/emails to all families. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue and working to correct it. Thank you.
National School Lunch Week: Happy national school lunch week! This year’s theme is “Taste of the World.” Today’s tase of the world meals is Hmong stir fry with jasmine rice.
Self-Care Club: The Self-Care Club will meet today during WIN in the Front Office Conference Room. If you would like to join, please see your grade level counselor for a permission slip!
FFA: We have a FFA meeting today after school in Mrs. Forster’s room 614 on the green side. Please have a ride home at 4pm.
Yearbook: Get your yearbook by Friday, October 17th to get it at its lowest price of the year! Prices will go up after Friday. To order online, go to Jostens.com/buyyearbk or call (877) 767-5217. We do not take orders here at MMS. Orders must be done through Jostens. Reach out to Mrs. Pabich or Mrs. Forster with any questions.
Yearbook Club: The yearbook meeting set for today will be moved to next Thursday, October 23rd in Mrs. Forster’s room right after school.
Trap Shooting: Trap sign ups will be Monday, October 20th at the middle school from 5pm – 6pm in the cafeteria and Tuesday, October 21st at the high school from 5pm – 6pm in the cafeteria. Anyone interested, please attend.
Volleyball Tournament: Student Council is hosting a Volleyball Tournament Tuesday, Oct. 28th from 3:15pm – 5:00pm in the gym. Rules and registration forms are located in the cafeteria. Teams can consist of 6-8 people. Missed grade and genders. The cost is $3 per person. Forms and payments are due to Mrs. Williams (room 618) by Friday, October 24th.
