Menomonie Middle School Announcements 

3rd Quarter Sports: Sign ups will be Monday – Friday next week.  You will receive a Google form via email Monday morning.  Please fill this out if you’d like to participate.  Then pick up paperwork in the office during lunch, before school, or after school.  We will be signing up for Boys Swim (6-8) and 7th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball.

Student Council Dress Up Days:  Student Council is hosting a dress-up week next week:  Monday, December 15 – Friday, December 19.

Monday: Grinch Day

Tuesday: Holiday Twin Day

Wednesday: Christmas in July (Tropical)

Thursday: Santa’s Workshop (Santa, elves, reindeer, trees, presents, snowmen, etc.)

Friday: Night Before Christmas (Pajama Day)

 

All school rules apply.  Hats that fit the theme are allowed.

Tie Blanket Making: Student Council is hosting a tie blanket-making night for the cats at the Humane Society on Wednesday, December 17th after school until 4:30pm in the cafeteria.  All are welcome to join.  Fleece is provided.

Spring Musical: What will the Spring Musical be?  Watch the message boards every day through next week to find out!

Band Concert: As a reminder, our band concert has been rescheduled for Friday, December 12th.  All grade levels will have the same performance schedule.

Wrestling: Only 2 days left to sign up for wrestling.  Wrestling is open to anyone in grades 6 – 8.  Fill out the form that was emailed to you this morning if you haven’t already and then stop down to the front office to pick up paperwork.  Make sure to sign up by Friday, December 12th.

Forensics: Coaches are available every day until 4:00pm this week to help you select your piece.  Meet the coaches in the cafeteria right after school.  All pieces must be selected this week.
