Menomonie Middle School Announcements 

2nd Quarter Sports Sign Ups – 2nd quarter sports sign ups will be Monday – Friday next week.  You will receive a Google form via email Monday morning.  Please fill this out if you’d like to participate.  Then pick up paperwork in the office during lunch, before school or after school.  We will be signing up for Girls Swim (6-8) and 7th & 8th Grade Boys Basketball.

Flag Football:  This morning is the last day of flag football league.  Everyone on a team come down after announcements to play our last round.  We will crown a champion for each grade after this morning’s games.  Thank you to everyone who has participated in the league!

National School Lunch Week:  Happy national school lunch week!  This year’s theme is “Taste of the World.”  Today’s tase of the world meals is spiced beef with jollof rice and flatbread originating from South Africa.

Yearbook:  Get your yearbook by today to get it at its lowest price of the year!  Prices will go up after today.  To order online, go to Jostens.com/buyyearbk or call (877) 767-5217.  We do not take orders here at MMS.  Orders must be done through Jostens.  Reach out to Mrs. Pabich or Mrs. Forster with any questions.

Trap Shooting:  Trap sign ups will be Monday, October 20th at the middle school from 5pm – 6pm in the cafeteria and Tuesday, October 21st at the high school from 5pm – 6pm in the cafeteria.  Anyone interested, please attend.

Volleyball Tournament:  Student Council is hosting a Volleyball Tournament Tuesday, Oct. 28th from 3:15pm – 5:00pm in the gym.  Rules and registration forms are located in the cafeteria.  Teams can consist of 6-8 people.  Missed grade and genders.  The cost is $3 per person.  Forms and payments are due to Mrs. Williams (room 618) by Friday, October 24th.
