Menomonie Middle School Announcements
Report Cards will be handed out in Homeroom today and Monday. Please check with your student to make sure it gets home. You can also view report cards in your Family Access account.
MMS Dance: Student Council is hosting a “Pink Out” themed dance on Thursday, April 17th from 3:15 – 5:00. The cost is $5. Concessions will be available for purchase. There will be a photo booth available. The cost is $1 per group per session. You do not need to dress the theme to attend. This dance is for Middle School students only!
Science Olympiad: Good luck to the Science Olympiad team as they head to State this weekend!
Forward Exam Testing: Forward Exam Testing continues next week. Here are a few simple things students can do to prepare:
- Make sure you bring your chromebook and it’s fully charged
- Make sure you are in school and on time
- Get lots of rest and eat a healthy breakfast
- Bring earbuds – on appropriate testing days
Parents: You can help too!
- Make sure your student is to school and on time
- Try not to make appointments on testing days
- If you do have to pick up your student during the day, send a note the day of so we can give them a pass. We can not call in or interrupt classes during testing.
Track and Field: Reminder track and field season will begin Monday, April 7th. Please meet in the cafeteria after school April 7th.
Month of Military Child: April is designated as Month of the Military Child. This is a time to honor the sacrifices made by military families worldwide, with an emphasis on the experience of the children.
