Menomonie Middle School Announcements 

MathCounts:  Congratulations on a great year MathCounts competitors.  Good luck to our state bound students in Sheboygan this weekend.  They are Logan Topper, Oliver Kerze, Ella Weinberger and Bennett Jaeger!

7th Grade Girls Basketball:  The teams displayed great attitude and effort as they played three tough games at Chippewa Falls last night.  Great job to all teams!

Surf's Up ~ with school breakfast!  Next week is national School Breakfast week and we will be having some special treats just for you!

Multi-Cultural Club:  
Members, please pick up a permission slip for our April 18 field trip to the Ordway to see "The Late Homecomer."  You can get a permission slip from Ms. McCabe in room 412 or Mrs. Bade in room 418.

Chess Club:  Chess Club players from Menomonie HS invite you to join them in the middle school library after school on Tuesday, march 5 from 3:00 - 4:15pm.  All are welcome.  No chess experience is necessary.

Student Council:  We will meet in the silver pod after school until 4:30pm for fleece blanket making.

Dodgeball Tournament:  Student Council is hosting a Dodgeball Tournament on Tuesday, March 19th from 3:10pm - 5:00pm in the gym.  Teams of 6.  Teams can be mixed gender and grades.  $2 per person plus $1 for extra lives (max of 3 lives).  Lives can help when you get out or for points.  You can find forms in the cafeteria the week of March 4th.  Registration is due to Mr. Haas or Ms. Yonash with payment by Friday, March 8th.

Yummy Hearts:  Yummy Hearts Suckers are now only .50 at the school store.  Every flavor is left except watermelon and wild cherry.
