Menomonie Middle School Announcements –

7^th Grade Girls Basketball:  Your 7^th grade GBB teams ran into two very good Chippewa Falls teams last night.  The girls did not win in the scoring column, but played hard and fought to the end.  Congratulations to both teams on a great effort!

FFA:  The FFA Ag Olympics is Cancelled for tonight at the High School.

MathCounts:  Good luck at state to our MathCounts competitors Logan Topper, Sydney Norby, Aiden Anderson, Noah Winder, Allison Xu!

8^th Grade Girls Basketball:  Congratulations to our 8^th grade girls basketball teams on their victories over Chippewa Falls last night!  Go Mustangs!

FACS Cupcake Wars:  Congratulations Kierra W, Madison O, and Ahnjali Y on your victory of the first hour cupcake war!  Congratulations to all participating.  It was a tight race!

Congratulations Brock B & Garrett W on your victory of the 5^th hour cupcake war!

National School Breakfast Week:  Celebrate National School Breakfast Week starting on Monday.  Our food service staff is preparing some new breakfast items as well as some of your favorites.  Eat breakfast to fuel up for success and get a great start to every day!

Art Awareness Month:  In honor of Art Awareness Month, the SDMA K-12 Art Department is displaying student artwork at Culver’s for the month of March and having a share night Tuesday, March 7^th from 4pm – 7pm.

Multicultural Club:  We will be rescheduling our previous meeting for Monday, March 7, to plan for our proposed volleyball tournament.

Spring Sport Sign Ups:  Sign ups for 6^th, 7^th & 8^th grade girls soccer, boys tennis and boys & girls track will be held during lunch Tuesday, March 7 & Wednesday, March 8.
