Cross Country: Congratulations to the boys and girls cross country teams for a great race Tuesday night at the Northstar Invite.
The girls placed 3rd and were led by an impressive second place finish by Allison Xu, followed by an 11th from Addison Schuler. The top 6 was rounded out by Ellie Moulder in 20th, and Kenley Greeley. Breely Fuhrman, and Carly Weber in 30th, 31st and 32nd.
Special congrats to Kinzleigh Cody, Rosie Esquina, and Stella Lugo who also ran amazing personal bests.
On the boys side, the boys won their second championship in a row with 27 points. They were led by Evan Olson's first overall win at a meet, followed by Logan Topper in third, Aiden Anderson in 6th, Oliver Lugo in 7th, Everett Paulson in 10th, and Jack Czechowicz in 12th.
A huge shout out goes to Kail Hoffman, Ryan Hulbert, Bennet Jaeger, Oliver Kerze, Kellen Lehman and Karter Livingston who ran new personal records on a hilly tough course.
A reminder that cross country athletes should be dismissed today at 2:45 for their meet in Irvine Park.
SAGA: We will meet today from 3 to 4 in Mr. Dolan’s room, 815 in the white pod. All are welcome!
A la carte: MMS has opened the a la carte line during lunch! All items in a la carte must be purchased. Funds must be available in a student’s account to purchase items or cash can be used in line. Please note: If a student’s lunch account balance falls below $5 an automated phone call goes out to the family. Parents can put a “stop” or dollar limit on a la carte items. If you would like to put a stop or limit on your students account, you can do so in your Family Access account in the Food Service tab.
