Paraprofessional Day:  Today we honor our Paraprofessionals.

Thank you for all that you do every day in your classroom…for making a million little split-second decisions for the benefit of your students.  For putting your own needs on hold and keeping them the focus of your day.  For planning for them long before today ever got rolling.  For changing those plans because they didn’t fit someone who needed a little extra.  For smiling, laugh with them and reassuring their efforts, trial and mistakes.  For placing your hand on a should that was, exactly what someone needed.  For getting down on the physical level of your students because it matters.  For thinking of a new way to reach someone who wasn’t getting it.  You matter!  Thank you! (from Kindergarten Works).

Yearbooks:  For the 2022 school year, we have a limited number of yearbooks for sale.  Go to http://jostensyearbooks.com?ref=A09344200 to place your order.  Not sure if you placed a yearbook order? Do not call the school.  Please call 1-877-767-5217.  Yearbooks are on a first come first serve basis.  The ordering site will turn off once we reach our maximum sold or after April 29.  Please order now! We cannot guarantee any extra copies for sale when they arrive in MAY, 2022.  Our goal is to be sold out before the yearbooks arrive to eliminate any cash exchanges.  Thank you!

Self Care Club:  Club will be cancelled Tuesday, April 12th.  Club will continue on April 19.

Forward Exam:  We will continue taking the Wisconsin Forward Exam this week.  Parents play an important role in helping children prepare for the assessment. Some suggestions to help your child include:

* Make sure your child brings their fully charged chromebook and charger to school.

* Make sure your child is in school and on time for the test dates.

* Make sure your child is well rested and eats a healthy breakfast.

* Make sure your child brings a set of earbuds.
